Limits and behavior
Only signed integers are supported; fractions, exponents, internal spaces, and two’s-complement notation are not. A matching 0b, 0o, or 0x prefix is optional for its corresponding base. Leading zeros normalize away and hexadecimal output uses lowercase digits. Input is limited to 4,096 digits.
For example, decimal 255 becomes binary 11111111, octal 377, and hexadecimal ff. A leading minus sign works in every base. Prefixes such as 0b, 0o, and 0x are accepted only when they match the selected input base. This is numeric conversion, not Base64 text encoding or fixed-width two’s-complement arithmetic.
Is my input uploaded?
